IT Audit and Systems Assurance
We audit IT systems and controls against recognised standards, including auditing standard PS 330 of the Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer (IDW, German Institute of Public Auditors) and further standards depending on the scope and requirements. Audit-relevant IT risks are identified and incorporated into the overall assessment.
AI Governance and AI Audit
The productive use of AI systems creates new requirements for governance, documentation and traceability. We assess AI systems for auditability and controllability and support the development of robust governance structures.
IT Due Diligence
In a transaction context, we review the IT infrastructure, systems and processes of the target company for risks and integration potential. IT due diligence as a complement to classical financial due diligence is a standalone service offering.
