Annual Financial Statement Audits
We conduct statutory and voluntary audits of annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements under the German Commercial Code (HGB). Audits under IFRS are available on request.
Limited Reviews
Limited reviews under auditing standard PS 900 of the Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer (IDW, German Institute of Public Auditors) or comparable standards provide a first assured overview of financial reports without reaching the scope of a full audit.
Certifications and Special Audits
We issue certifications for grant programmes, investor requirements and other attestation needs. Depending on the occasion, various auditing standards of the Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer (IDW) apply beyond PS 900. Special audits, for example in connection with transformations, incorporations or contributions in kind, complete the service offering.
